The cable company refuses to come back out to my moms now, so she has nothing to watch or anything so i had always heard about it. Thinking about buying her a setup and maybe myself. Anyone have any personal reviews and ones that are better and how everything works?

I really dont understand what you mean by this. Why won't the cable company come out? What cable company? Its probably just me. So when you say free to air are you talking about a digital box? If you are im not sure but buy a decent one and they are all the same I would think. Just some nicer ones you can search for signal etc.
