Default LT1 PCM w/ carb lq9?

Im going to a carburated 2003 LQ9 setup with a vette that had a LT1. If i leave everything alone with the wiring, just cut the injectors, and other engine stuff i dont need out of the harness. But leave everything else and connect all power a grounds. Will the PCM function normaly when the car is in Run? I want all my power windows/doors to work and id like the PCM to keep controlling the 2 fans. As well as the converter lockup.

are you talking about running two pcms? like a standalone ecm and then the factory ecm? because if so you can run them like that, but you cant control an ls engine with an lt computer.

Im just talking about using the computer for everything EXCEPT the motor. I just want it to trigger on the fuel pump and everything. Except my motor will be carburated and running standalone with a MSD 6010 box. I was told by my buddy the thing had traction control and stuff. And id like to retain all that if possible. Im just trying to figure out if the computer will still work right controlling everything else without the engine hooked to it.

theres easier ways to do what your doing...computer wont do anything unless the motors running...use your old harness and hook up everything that doesnt goto the motor...then you just have to worry about fans ect thats easy fix with temp sensors from parts store...

me id make it fuel injected
