Any car meets that go on in the west part of town? Most of the ones I know about are too far and I gotta save gas/money for driving to school everyday

So yeah, does anyone know?

They moved from there, I already talked to the guy from LSM. They are now on Little Rd (No Frills Grill) in Arlington.

Ah i just moved back to the crowley side of ftworth and I hadn't really been out. I used to go out back in 05-06 and there was always lots of money out, vettes, few classics, vipers, mostly 10-12 sec cars.

Pisses me off that LSM moved from Fuddruckers all the way into Arlington at No Frills Grill, which is where I dreaded driving to for some of the meets.

I think another organization should be formed or something. Like a meet on the west side. Maybe at like BWW on Hulen? Idk.

The LSM meet is not that far, maybe 10-15mins max. As soon as you pass where 820 splits to go north its right there after that. I haven't been but I go that way often and its easy to get to and traffic is never busy on this side of town.

They left Fuds because of idiots and people trying to race....don't blame them really. That's how all meets get closed down because people get races started and they always gets tracked back to the meet.

I hear quite a few still go there, not sure who they are (domestic, imports or w/e) I think a few different groups were meeting up in that area now. I only went to one a few months ago and it was cold not many showed up but I bet its starting to get bigger again now.

Hey, I think we should try to gather up all the LS1Tech members in West FW for a meet/cruise tonight or something. Since it is Friday and I have nothing to do (cept that damn paper lol)

Actually we're looking at moving back to Fudds in a week or 2.

Sorry but when cops take the time to tell our guys we need to not meet in an area for a month or 2 so they can clear out the asshats, we're going to help by moving. We have a good relationship with FWPD and want to keep it that way.

If people consider SE 820 area too far keeping in mind that No Frills is just 11 miles down the road from Fudds, then I'm sure people would complain about N 820 too. People in DFW seem to be picky about driving. I don't understand too much myself because I bought and built my car to drive, and I enjoy cruising in it.

He's right. Why did you buy or build your car? I'm building mine to drive, race, show off. If you have a garage baby then keep it there and invite everyone out to a BBQ, or something of the sort. One if our members drives up from the Waco area, just to show his car off.
