LOL at the crack *****.

Loosing weight is easy. Cut out the fats and sugars. All of it, not some, all of it. Run a mile a day. Not that ***** 10 minute mile BS. Try to run a low 7 minute mile every day. Just run your *** off and cut out the bad foods. Also, the basics, pull ups, sit ups, and push ups. You dont need a Bowflex to get into shape. Its really easy. You dont need a fancy sweat suit. You will look like a desperate retard. This is what you will need.

You'll get a bunch of dumbass answers if you ask an open forum like this. You need to understand how your body works, so you can get it to do what you want, just like you understand how to make your car better. Big difference between losing weight and burning fat. You wanna lose weight Ill come cut you leg off, quick 20 lbs right there, im sure thats not exactly what you had in mind tho. PM me and we'll talk.

Good luck, I started back up today. Actually last week, but my body was sore for a couple of days. Time to hit the weights and clean up my diet.

Changing your diet will have a major impact on your weight loss. I'm about 20 lbs over weight. I changed my diet up a lot and started running on a treadmill everyday. I've lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks. Dieting can be as easy as reading the nutritional values of your food. Stop eating out and drinking alcohol and you'll see the weight start to come off pretty fast.

Drink about a gallon minimum of water a day, cut out all sodas in general. Eat three meals a day with a snack here and there (a healthy one) and make sure your meals are on a schedule of some sort.

Combine this with hitting the gym hard 2-3 nights a week or your local park do things like pyramid pullups and such. Then run the other days.

It sucks at first but you get better at running, after a month its rutine and you dont even notice that your running further and faster. Push yourself hard.

wear a sauna suite or a trash bag under your shirt when you run. You will drop weight pretty quick

definitely run over bike!! ive been running alot lately and when you start getting better at running you actually enjoy running. when you run, just take your time.. set your own pace..just go slow. i also dont like running on a treadmill compared to actually going out for a run.

but all that doesnt matter when you cant keep your diet in check. chicken breast probably one of the best meats to eat as far as protein and no so much fat or anything. but everybody knows, you can only eat chicken breast so long before it becomes gross.

My advice - WALK! Optimal fat burning occurs at 40-60% of your heart rate max. Heart rate max is found by taking 220-your age. Use the Karvonen formula once you find that # (Google Karvonen formula to find it). Then plug in 60%. Walk and monitor your pulse until you get to that heart rate and keep it there. Brute force running will just burn carbs and no fat. You need to walk in a least 30 min. sessions to achieve good fat burning. Also, do a little weight training 3-4 days/wk. Resting muscle burns more fat than resting fat. If you take anything from this take the fact that hard running for 7 min./day will do NOTHING to help you lose weight. I'm about to graduate from physical therapy school and our entire profession is based on exercise. Good luck.

this, but replace the treadmill with actual running. and by running i mean 3+ miles everyday with a pack on full of dead weight, preferably up and down hills.

if you aren't miserable you aren't doing it right.

i dropped over 60lbs just by keeping my calorie count in check and jogging every other night. you don't have to go all out in running and such ... just slowly jog as long as you can. it'll come off soon enough - good luck!

Heres an easy one: find yourself a cheap gym, join, walk just 30 mins on a treadmill every day, maybe take the weekends off, while there stare at the nice tight asses in front of you from all the hot lil chicks and their MILFS too. (worked for me!)

PS-Stay out of BUFFETS!

I wonder how many of these people giving advice are out of shape or over weight. Notice how I didn't give any advice.

If your in brownsville, dress in the dirtiest clothe you have, dont shave for a few days, get a gallon of water, and go hang out by the river, when a border patrol agent approaches you, start running like your life depended on it. As you are running from said Federal Agent, you are building endurance and your cardio is going up, if you jump fences and bushes as well that will help too. Once they have caught up to you, place your two fingers on your carotid artery and say,"Thanks for the workout guys, oh im a USC btw."

Repeat this at least two to three times a week, im pretty damn sure you'll get in shape.

Let us know how that works out for ya.
