but ive always been good on a bike
what are your guys suggestions.....
i really appreciate it
it depends on how fast you jog if its way better than riding a bike. I have been jogging for a long time and last year I started riding a bike. A bike is way more fun. I only jog now if i have to. I ride my bike about 3 hours everyday after work.

I have a buddy that was an offensive tackle for Texas State. Thought he was to fat so decided to sell his car and ride his bike everywhere. Went from like 340 to 270 (he is also 6'4"), but he rides his bike everywhere, he's on it about 4 hours a day b/c he doesn't have a choice.
Hydroxycut is good, but expensive. You can just go to the store and buy CLA and L- Carnatine vitamins for like 12 bucks a bottle, which is basically what all the weight loss pills are made of. Hydroxycut does add some other amino's but they are usually for energy/focus and so on.
Are you looking to gain muscle or just loose a few pounds?

DAMN. There are plenty of workouts/diets out there that are free to follow, you just need to follow them.
If you are looking to slim down, and build muscle tone then look into full body workouts. These are great for people pressed on time, but you'll need a gym membership (as a student you pay for it). Just make sure and follow a simple diet, base you're meals around protien and good low carbs/cals. Watch out for all the fat free foods, they are loaded with sugar.
Full body workouts are good for people pressed on time, only need to go 3 times a week. Just make sure and have 30 minutes of activity on off days which include walking, running, or some kind of sport.
