it depends on how fast you jog if its way better than riding a bike. I have been jogging for a long time and last year I started riding a bike. A bike is way more fun. I only jog now if i have to. I ride my bike about 3 hours everyday after work.

Push ups, sit ups, and jog. You will lose weight fast. Also while your doing that take hydroxycut to help burn even more fat.

best time to do these cardio fat burning exercise is when you wake up before you eat because your body is running on empty and it will burn calories of body fat as opposed to food if you do it after you eat.

Your in Browntown...go to the beach and start surfing! The best shape I ever got in while in the valley was becoming a surf junkie and spending all day paddling.

do what you wanna do, man. if you hate jogging youre less likely to do it. as long as you put in a good honest effort on the bike ride, you should see results in no time. also, if you have access to any weights, that would be good too. also, an important part of keeping your weight down is what you eat, not necessarily how much you eat. start eating more balanced meals and cut the fast food to say once a week if that and drink water instead of soda or juice. i noticed after about 2 weeks of restricting my fastfood/soda intake that i just feel better in general(more energetic, etc)

I was in the same boat about a month ago. I got an office job and became a lazy ***, lol I joined 24hr fitness and just looking at all the girls was enought inspiration to keep me going and getting me back in shape. I take hydroxicut and i run as fast as i can on the elliptical then jog for one minute then run as fast as i can then jog. I do that a good five or six times, then hit the abs. I have lost 10lbs in 1 month. I do that workout every day aside from arms, chest, back and legs in alternating days. Then i hit the sauna after the workout for like 10-15 min. Its workinig so far. Good luck.

Sit-ups, push-ups and carido (bike, running...etc) It's all about finding your target heart range and staying in it. Thats when you burn the most calories...

What exactly are you eating? If you want to make a big difference, cutting down your proportions would help alot. That and regular exercise. It also helps to be proactive and monitor your calorie intake.

I have a buddy that was an offensive tackle for Texas State. Thought he was to fat so decided to sell his car and ride his bike everywhere. Went from like 340 to 270 (he is also 6'4"), but he rides his bike everywhere, he's on it about 4 hours a day b/c he doesn't have a choice.

Hydroxycut is good, but expensive. You can just go to the store and buy CLA and L- Carnatine vitamins for like 12 bucks a bottle, which is basically what all the weight loss pills are made of. Hydroxycut does add some other amino's but they are usually for energy/focus and so on.

Are you looking to gain muscle or just loose a few pounds?

Damn thats dedication! id never be able to do that. I used thermoboost from GNC. Worked pretty good. Looked like i just got out of the shower with my clothes on. Then again i did run five miles. I need to get back to it. I was 175 and i'm 230 now. DAMN.

Do the Spartacus Challenge! It's 10 exercises and you do three sets. It takes about 45 minutes to do the whole thing. Go to the Men's Health website and do a search on the "Spartacus Challenge". This thing burns fat!

Just make sure and yell, "This is Sparta" when you're done.

There are plenty of workouts/diets out there that are free to follow, you just need to follow them.

If you are looking to slim down, and build muscle tone then look into full body workouts. These are great for people pressed on time, but you'll need a gym membership (as a student you pay for it). Just make sure and follow a simple diet, base you're meals around protien and good low carbs/cals. Watch out for all the fat free foods, they are loaded with sugar.

Full body workouts are good for people pressed on time, only need to go 3 times a week. Just make sure and have 30 minutes of activity on off days which include walking, running, or some kind of sport.
