I agree fellas. There are a couple of things i can do if he doesn't pay up. Like i said before, I've already chocked this up as a loss, now its about teaching someone a valuable lesson in life. You cant screw somebody out of money and get away with it. I'm not gonna stop until he either pays up, or i win judgment. On a funny note, the DA called and spoke with me today. He was considering this as an internet theft case. Not sure if he will pursue it, but he called and asked me a ton of questions, and if i had pics. Told him i did, plus the letter i have that Brian signed. He asked if I would be willing to give him a statement. Not sure what he is going to do. I may not be the only one going after him now. I didn't realize they went after people these days that commit internet crimes. And Chad, I will def. keep everyone updated as I hear more, or more goes on. Thanks for the support guys!

The reason why I say follow up is because when I bought my place (Xtreem Rydes) the previous owner had about 20k in judgments on him. After I bought the house I had several people come by looking for him and they were pretty disappointed when they found out they did not get their money.
One of them was a friend of mine that got hosed for about 5k. He later found out that his attorney did not follow up and the paper work did not get to the title company.

glad your making this little douche bag acountable for his actions people let way too much **** slide these days Its nice to see someone doing something about it the legal way, he'll definately think about it allot harder next time he tries to **** someone over.

Hopefully he will learn something from this, and the next person won't get screwed over by him......but who knows. You can lead a horse to water, but u cant make it drink. he hasn't been on here in a while, im sure he knows his reputation is completely screwed on here.

man this dude is a douche bag........sherriff went to his house to serve him, he moved out, so he called him, once he found out it was the sherriff, he hung up on them. What a douche.....i hate this mother f*cker. anyone who knows where he is stayin, i will buy u a nice dinner and drinks!!!!!!!!!

wouldnt it had just been easier to pay up...
Some people are just plain STUPID.
Couldnt they track where his Cell phone bill is being sent to?
He will have to show up somewhere one day...
I will keep hitting up the internet and seeing if his name pops up..
I'm sure there is someone involved with the LEO's that could run an address for him in a few weeks.
He would have to get a new license sometime..
One of his buddies will leak out where he's at..
he will show up to a meet, and someone will follow him home..
It will happen...

skippin out huh, all over $600? he will get whats coming to him. i know he goes out alot, so im going to start checkin out his hang outs on the weekends, he can run, but cant hide
