..and i guess no one else has ever made a mistake or done something stupid. theres no reason to say most bikers are candidates for a darwin award. the hayabusa is a very fast bike and if you aren't experienced with it then you shouldn't be on it,yes.... traffic and doing that is a no no, and i'm sure they have learned their lesson

If wanna haul some *** check out 35n in between Denton and Ft Worth. Plus, you can check out Texas Motor Speedway.
If you wanna haul some *** try one of the 5 or 6 drag strips in the dfw metroplex. Especially with it now being a felony I have never found a truely safely place to race in dfw. However the stretch of I35 you speak of is pretty docile after midnight.

this.

like no one here has ever street raced? kid was young, we've all done dumb things as kids, I know I have. I ride as well and see a lot of these riders bombing 121, tollway, 635 and i just let em go, i'll admit ive been in a few street races but not thru traffic and not at night. Hopefully he learns his lesson, if not, let darwinism do its thing.

edit: drug and gun charges? looks like he's careless in other areas of life too, what a moron.

Thats what I was told by a texas highway patrol officer. We were racing a few months ago on a private commercial drive and he said if we had been racing on a city street that we could have been arrested under felony charges. I believe california and new york have the same law now. Its like engaging in an illegal speed contest and wreckless endangerment with intent to mame/injure/kill or some ****.

So what ever happened with him? Did they at least make him pay for all of the damages?
