Since the ZR1 and the ACR filmed their records at the Ring. I want to see the GT 2 video.

i'm sure they will in time. there's only a few photos of the car out now since its not even in production. so i doubt a full blown article with pics and video is in the immediate future. sweet nonetheless.

The GT2 RS will be the new king of the track. Atleast for a little bit. lol

Panameras are alright. They only look good in that dark blue color with the bigger wheels.

2010 Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR
The Dodge Viper ACR remains the ultimate purpose-built, street-legal track car since its introduction in 2008.
New for the 2010 model year is a shorter fifth gear ratio (changing from 0.74 to 0.80) for improved high-speed acceleration and higher straightaway speeds. This improvement is a direct result of SRT’s experience at the 12.9-mile Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit in Germany where during the lap-record run in 2008, it was found that a revised gear ratio would have resulted in a higher speed capability and potentially a shorter elapsed time.

Maybe they should send this bad boy over and see what happens.

compare the interior, exterior, quality of build, materials and history of manufacturer between the two and you'll see why there is a price difference.
245k is on par or less when you compare it to other exotics like a 430, scud, 599, FGT, CGT, ect.

The 997 body style received a HUGE update in the interior department compared to my 996 body style car. As far as creature comforts and design it blows away the Vette and Viper by 100%. I am VERY impressed how the RS did on the ring! The price is very fair considering there is only 500 produced and that's world wide!

I thought the same thing until I drove my dads 03 Non-Turbo and I fell in love with the handling and the looks and everything. I told myself that day I HAD to have a Turbo version of it because it would be even nastier. Then the big HP plan came in killing my "I'm keeping it stock idea"... LOL!

LOL, I told the my wife the same thing when I bought my 03 cobra and later on my C5 Z06, keeping it stock, that idea flew out the window fast. On the subject of Porsche, don't get me wrong, the 911 is a marvelous machine... I believe more so than the most of the cars out of Maranello, Bowling Green, and Conner Avenue

Porsches are blowing the C6 out of the water in every aspect. The C7 better step to the plate and stomp on those **** wagons. Also, I love how Porsches can run on these nuttastic wheels.

about time, but porsche has almost unlimited time to test on the ring, the ACR only did like 5 laps total when it took the record. THey should send the ACR X out there and make several laps see what it can do.
