Differential Rebuild? Hey all-
I recently purchased a 1990 K5 Blazer for a daily driver... runs good and strong... but the rear end is leaking at the pinion seal and it howls under load.
im pulling the cover this weekend to inspect, but im worried it may need a rebuild.
its a 8.5" 10 bolt gm rear end
can anyone recommend a shop to call for a quote?
i would rebuild it myself, but ive never done one before, so if the price is right i may pay for a professional rebuild on my daily driver because my toy is currently sitting on stands in the garage with engine pulled so i wouldnt have a back up if i screw it up.
