Recommend a shop for A/C work?

Recommend a shop for A/C work? I need an A/C compressor bearing ( or possibly clutch assembly) replaced on my daughters 2002 Camaro. It has a constant whine/roar that sounds like it's got a supercharger on it whether the A/C is on or off. I'm pretty sure it's the bearing, but it's not a job I care to tackle on my back in the driveway.
Can anyone recommend a shop that does good work at a fair price for a job like this. I'd like to stay on the SE side, but I can travel if I don't have to leave the car somewhere all day.

i don't know of anyone who can rebuild the compressor locally, we always just replace it. standard has pretty good prices on ac delco compressors. just about everyone will make you replace the dryer as well or they won't honor the warranty. its not that bad of a job to change it out, and i can refill the system at the house to save you some money that way.

James, are you sure its the compressor and not the idler next to the AC? I had to replace Tams when it was making the same noise, I would pull the ac belt off and it would stop, replace the belt and it would make the noise again. Figured I would mention it since it would be a much cheaper fix.

AC compressor is one of those items I got done at a dealer (along with alternator and fuel pump) because they have lifetime parts and labor warranty. Money well spent. Do it once, don't worry about it again.

And how much money you like to blow all theses parts have basic lifetime warranties dealerships just charge 4 times as much but hey whatever.
