I happened to go test drive an 09 CTS-V at the Chrysler dealership in Bonham and they also had at least one GXP out there.
Also had an 07 modded Z06 for 39,999

I was just talking about the stuff that makes a big difference. Wheels are obvious as are the brakes. If you want to nit pick, the GXP has different struts and comes std. with a leather wrapped steering wheel and shifter and stainless pedals. I believe the sunroof is still an option, but I haven't seen a GXP without a sunroof. Also there are a few bushings that are different (solid versus relief cut) as well as a couple made out of different material that aren't upgraded when you do bushing kits from Pedders or BMR.

I may show up in Kemah on Saturday night for the car show. OP, if your mom want's to take a look at the car, maybe we can meet there. I am not 100% positive at this time whether I can be there or not.
