Congrats Stevo! I'm sure your customer is very happy with the performance.
Zane the stock tranny is still in Powells car. They are VERY strong from the facotry. His trap speeds speak volumes for that.

Well, it has been 7 months since we set the record for the worlds quickest and fastetst 2010 camaro with a 9.98 @ 144mph making it the first 5th gen in the 9's. We made a couple changes to the car last week by installing a cog drive setup for the supercharger. Took the car out last night to see how it would perform. There were alot of oil downs and wrecks so we did not get to make a pass until 11 at night, so we were only going to have one shot at it. Car left the starting line great (.12 faster) to the sixty foot than our previous 9.98 run. Car went 4 tenths faster to the 1/8 mile and I knew it was on a good run. Tried to go into 4th gear with no luck. Car coasted to the new world record of 9.91 @ only 124mph!. We will take a look at the trans this week and look to go even quicker next weekend. Should have the video up later today.
We will be ready for the $5k to win race next month in sealy tx. Look forward to lining up against all the other top tuner shops in the country!
