Well I found a place in VA, the place in Dallas is called dalco auto craft, The only number listed is a fax. so I guess I can't call them. I called about 5 differnt companies and this place intrumentcluster.com. Will fix it for $45 with shipping. I'm so happy right now. A new one my cost is $350ish and $150 to reflash it.
