Exclamation Failed inspection, need advice

Took my truck in yesterday to get inspected and failed with 3 "not ready".

O2 sensor - Not ready
O2 sensor heater - Not ready
EVAP - Not ready

I told my tuner to tune out the O2s for my longtubes, so kind of figured that would be a "not ready", but the other two are a mystery. I don't have a check engine light, so???????

I know it's kind of Taboo to ask this, but I'm in a bind. Anybody know a "friendly" inspection station around Houston?

You can't even have 2 not readys anymore.

It is 2 not readys for 96-2000 cars, 1 not ready for 01+ When was the last time you reset the codes or disconnected the battery? You could try resetting the codes and giving it some drive time. I see this problem all the time at my job. Luckily for me, with my tune, I can clear the codes and only have 2 not readys, 02 sensor, and 02 heater. So I can inspect mine at any time

The tune was originally done about a year and a half ago, but went in for adjustment when I put the headers on back the first of the year.

I have always wondered if that is something that should be done regularly when you have a custom tune or just on a "when needed" basis, i.e. new tune, new pcm, etc. I have an old predator programmer I just use for diagnostics now and checking engine lights so I haven't disconnected the battery in a while. The only check engine light I have had recently is when a knock sensor went bad and threw a code.
