Lmao nah bat! I did a strict diet of my own knowledge from being in the army and knowing a lot about the body. Not very much exercise just a strict ******* diet.

Strict ****!ng diet = SUCKS. I have 2 little ones and one on the way...I guess that is what I have to do. I want to be able to be active when they are older and play sports.
