A coworker just picked up a 04 Saleen this past weekend.

Saleens are nice...just wish they were faster. Im getting black again. Should be a good fixer upper.

 

Yeah lol, I told him before he bought it. Dont expect to be fast! It sounds like it has cams, choppy idle, SCT tuning parts, and a front mount heat exchanger/intercooler.

 

The original Mystic Chrome was 96 but they made another one specifically for 04 as well. It's a little different shade but the same concept.

Anyone wanna trade front calipers? I bought a set off Craigslist, who the seller bought from someone on killeen tx. Anyhow reason is that they are powdered candy Apple red and they guy who rebuild them put the seals wrong, they look new but looks like they tried to fix the leak with silicone lol they will also need to be stripped a bit from where the banjo bolt fastens up. Lmk I'm going to strip them and coat them another color.

Strait trade as long as the other calipers are not seized.

 

Not to get off topic but "Alex" didnt you paint the engine compartment of your car and do some smoothing out to clean it up a bit?

I wouldnt buy new calipers if you are wanting a drag wheel setup. Just my .02 Plus if you are interested in my wheels they dont show any caliper anyways.
