I'm told Dallas Raceway traps 1.5 to 2 mph low. Someone verified by hitting DR and Ennis the same day. My best trap was 121 so ennis would be 123'ish.
In cooler air maybe 124/125 but I don't have a huge cam. The g6x3 guys trap that but I didn't want a monster cam.

Why are you guys so hung up on his trap? He is a heavy driver, it's hot as ***** outside, he was on street tires, shifts slower than some, was at a track that traps a couple lower than all the other tracks and he has less hp than most of the 130mph trapping C6s around here. I don't understand why it's so hard to understand. CammedC6 is probably 200lbs lighter, has another 30hp or so, has 4.10s on drag wheels would probably only trap 127-128 in this weather. Hell I lost 3mph in this heat myself.

Yep. Thank you! I guess I should just put the adjusted 11.7@123 number + 2mph for Dallas Raceway in my sig so people will stop asking that.
If my car trapped a legit 120 in good weather I wouldn't pull a bolt-on viper that traps 120 by 3-4 lengths.

Yeah I agree with above post. People usually see HP number and automatically think there trap speed should be higher. There is alot more than just HP number that determine your over all trap speed, 60ft, ect....
