Been a while since I've been in the tuning/speed scene in Austin, but you may want to hit up Colvin Automotive. I believe they are still around and that's where I used to do all my dyno testing, but there may be some better places around now.

You "want to get into tuning"? You want to get into the business yourself, or are you looking for a tuner?
Port Pros is gone and good riddance. They never did any PCM tuning anyway.

Colvins also never did any PCM tuning to my knowledge. Used their dyno a few times back in the day, but had to do our own PCM tuning - they just operated the dyno.
If you need a tune, who you want to contact is either Reckart Performance Tuning or Moe Bailey (Moe Horsepower).
Brian Reckart has his own badass dyno and Moe will travel to a dyno of your choice in central Texas to meet you. Both are great guys and excellent tuners. I have first hand experience with both.
PM if you want contact info. We are probably already skating on the edge of "non sponsor advertising". If you want to become a tuner, I would recommend Greg Banish's class. If you are looking for a job as a tuner, all of the speed shops I know in Austin have their own tuner already.
