Vs are an awesome car.

It's not new, but my recently aquired 06 CTS-V and I ventred out to Harris Hill Raceway a few weekends ago.

While it indeed handles pretty well, it is very heavy and shows it while trying to slow it down and change direction.

But it was very stable, very predictable and easily controlled even with TC and Comp Mode turned off.

I was able to leave tire prints exiting 3rd gear corners.

I didn't flog it really hard, but I do think I could have hung with a few of the C5s street cars that were out there. The price? Cooked brakes and toasted tires. So, I didn't put the spurs to too hard.

But it certainly turned a lot of heads and begged a lot of questions by the others that were out there.

Like I said, it may be the lighting or angle, but to me it clearly looks like the gap across the bottom of the headlights is not the same.

Not just in this picture but in the others as well.

I like it when people point out the smallest imperfections. Gotta use the compliment sandwich Like "Nice paint job, there is a chip right there, But that car looks awesome"

Don't be that guy who looks at someone's newly purchased item and tries to point out the one negative thing he can find.

Nobody likes that guy.
