Ignition

Anyone familiar with and can lend a hand in diagnosing problem with my ignition. 02 f body. Let me know thanks. Car is at my buddies and I can't even move it

Once I put the key in and turn it, the cars dash lights do not turn on. It just turns all the way, it's like a free spin.

you pulled the cover off under the steering wheel to get a look at it? ignition probably went bad and needs to be replaced. hopefully the wires arent saudered to the ignition, but instead just attached to the ignition by screws
