IDK about the choppers, just saying what HPD site said.

And when I pulled in at 8 there was an HPD there already, but he left early. You knew it was coming. There was so many drivers coming to a complete stop cuz they didn't know what was going on I'm sure some called in.

 

yeah there were some HPD officers there for sure, but i think they were there for to look at the cars... literally i saw a HPD cop walking around looking. lol pretty cool, maybe he is one of the ones that gives us a break every now and then.
