what everybody else said about usaa. Im lucky enough to have my dad be a retired marine, so I'm getting usaa as well. I dont know exactly how it works, but I think it's any relative who is part of the military (I could be wrong).

I pay for 6 months at a time, State Farm and I'm 26. Rather have it pay by the year all at once, some of you guys actually pay per month? Seems like a hassle.

93 Trans Am - liability, theft, and uninsured motorist - $98 Per 6 Months

08 GMC Seirra - Full coverage that are pretty high due to it being used for work, about $400 per 6 months.

Update! Thank you SOOOO MUCH FlatblackZ. I did it and got quotes. So I called them and I got a quote from SafeCo. that dropped my insurance to 160 per month for full coverage and the same exact policy that I had at Allstate!!!!!! Its LITERALLY 1/2 the price!!

When I first got my own, I would get online quotes and they would give me stupid prices, sat down with an agent and I got a better price

I called and got the final quote. That was my price. The actual online first quote was more expensive.. After they took my information and everything else it dropped a lot!

Has anyone had any experience with Safeco?

I just got my new policy Wednesday and mine went down $60 a month. I pay $128 a month and i just turned 25. I go thru Iowa Mutual and pay 12 months at a time since they allow it.

2004 DD 04 Cavalier liability $209/12 months
2001 WS6 its on comp since i am driving the vette. $381/12 months
2008 Z06 $1000 fulll coverage $953/12 months

Total $1543/12 months

I had a perfect record but i got a dui so that is really going to hurt me thats why i decided to pay the whole 12 months so it wont affect me till next August. I think i will sign the TA and Z06 over to my parents if it sky rockets which im sure it will.

Youre welcome, glad we could help.

One company is not always the cheapest for 100% of the people, best thing to do is shop around or do like BREATHING FIRE said and have an agent shop for you. One insurance company will be the cheapest for one person but may be more expensive for the next.
