Default a/c help

Well my dad leaned on the condenser lines 1 too many times when we were doing the cam swap a few months ago and all my freon leaked out. Im not 100% sure where the leak came from but I have 2 pictures of which line i think it is. Problem is i have no idea what this line is called. Ive search online but none of the pictures on parts websites really give me an idea of what the line is. Someone here is bound to have replaced this line after a cam swap

from the sounds it like the leak was coming from where this line bolted up to that block coming out of the firewall.

well that line goes to the top of the condenser all the way back to where it seems the ac goes to the firewall, and where it attaches to that block is where the leak was at. if you look at the first picture, behind the dipstick, thats what im talking about but i dont know what its called. the coolant sensor is on the line that im talking about as well if that helps.

just call the dealer and get the high side line from the evap to the condenser.. you should see where the leak was.. IDK what year your car is but at the min oil residue should be there from a fast leak

alright ill call them tomorrow. i just went out and double checked, there is no oil, so idk what that means. It just hissed for a minute or two. If you lifted up slightly on the lines the hiss went away so thats why i think its one of the two lines, more so the bottom one.

It may just be the rubberized washers that are in between that block and the evaporator. If you pull the bolt out of that block and replace those gasket washers it may fix the leak. Make sure they are exactly the same as the originals or they will leak. The block has a machined recess in it that the gasket washer seats into, so if they are even a little too big or small they wont fit correctly.
