Default Houston machine shop that can clean up some heads + replace a rod and piston...

This is an extra motor Ive got, a 3800 Series III V6 originally out of a 2006 Grand Prix. Went super lean on my turbo car due to an FPR failure and blew both head gaskets and chunked one piston. Ive got the rod and piston but dont really have time to do it myself... also want to clean up the heads and make sure the valves are seating 100% correctly and such.

Called a couple places but they said theyve never really done anything to 3800s and didnt have an interest in looking at it.

Hey, I recognize you from clubgp, what up? My DD is an L32 swapped '99 GTP with a couple mods......

Anyhow, I haven't used them in quite some time, but I had Houston Engine and Balancing build several motors for me; 431 stroker BB Chrysler, 2.0 - 0.020 basic rebuild, and an aluminum rod 2.4 Chrysler. You might give them a call and see what they say. Good luck!

Sweet, well you arent that far away being in League City. If you ever need a 3800 tuned or worked on let me know .

Weve got a small shop we are doing some 3800 work out of right now and as far as I know there isnt anyone else with experience tuning modified 3800s. Weve built multiple turbo cars, some 350whp+ supercharged setups, and are working on a couple Fieros right now.
