Bill of sale when purchasing a car questions

Anytime I do a bill of sale, I include the date and time, the parties involved, the item/s involved with VIN or serial numbers, money, any warranty, also if I'm selling I include a statement about being relieved of any obligation or liability of item. I have 3 or more signatures. Mine, other party and at least a 3rd party with no interest in the deal. I also make a copy after the signatures so each party has a copy. I feel like the buyer should get the original. Hope this helps.
