Honestly, he should have to replace the rear tires, and get a slap on the wrist. It's not like he took it into the wall or something.

You guys act like he stole it, and did 200mph down the expressway, or street raced it. He made a couple of low MPH passes, and then did a donut.

Is he an idiot? Absolutely

Does he deserve criminal charges? Maybe like 2 hours community service, and a slap on the wrist.

@ the dealer i worked @ i remember when we recieved our first 2003 Z06, the transport company droped it of after 9:00 PM witch was a no no. he actually gave me an 18 year old the keys to drive it in the shop and left befor i even started the thing. I was tempted but the worst i did was rev the engine past 4k then i drove it in the shop. I needed my job and didn't want to run that beast into an other car LOL!

bwahaha, I can't say I wouldnt have done the same thing. Minus the video camera of course. Also when you buy a used car especially one like that i'm sure the original owner did at least that much. Not like he was bouncing it off the limiter or grinding gears or anything. He didnt wreck it. He just did what the car was built for. I dont think he deserves any harsh punishment. A fine would probably suffice. That is most people's dream car on this site, I doubt there are too many who given the opportunity would have been able to resist. And like previously stated, it's not like a security guard job is a career.
