UPDATE: there is a confirmed second Shooter!

 

2nd shooter was in Welch.

Word now is that he is in Jester.

There is a lot of weed getting flushed down the pipes in Jester if that is true. lol


1st shooter shot himself on the 6th floor in the PCL.

Word is Calhoun Hall is potentially where he is at.

Near 21st and Guadalupe. Unarmed supposedly.

I woke up at 920 to go to class and had 5 missed calls from my friends, I can hear sirens from campus but don't have any other news.


Also, only the shooter was killed, no one else has been injured.

 

Well its good to know that it was just a rumor about others being injured

 

They are still clearing the nearby buildings, as well as looking for a possible second suspect. I don't think there is a second suspect, but that is just my opinion.


*update* They just released people from northern campus (basically the north half of campus). They might be releasing people from the buildings now?

 

I was sitting in my drilling class when all of this went down. I think UT handled the situation rather well.
