Default damn blinker

Been racking my brain. I've changed the lights in the blinkers checked the fuse and replaced the flasher. Still nothing. I turn my blinker on and the light doesn't blink it just stays on. Both sides. The Guy rewired the lights and I can't figure out why. Is there also a relay somewhere.

there should be a relay, not sure where it is for the blinks though, might be under the hood fuse box

Might try replacing your rear ones as well. When one of either one goes out (front or rear) that entire side stops working. At least, that's the way it is on my car...

There's two flasher modules. One for blinkers and one for the hazards. Check and see if the hazards work too.

It's under the driver's side of the dash, but closer to the center console (for the blinkers). The one closer to the driver door is for the hazards.
