Default Pissed off Dish Network subscribers step inside

Okay.If your one of the many Pissed Dish Network subscribers for pulling the FX channel.Heres what you do.

Step one:Call Dish Network and tell them you'd like to disconnect service.

Step two:After they ask why would like to disconnect your service.Kindly explain to them that 2 weeks ago when you lost the channel you called due to the loss of the FX channel and Fox sports channel and were told to please wait a week for negotiations with FOX to settle.

Step three:Explain to them how you waited two weeks for negotiations to settle and called back only to be told to wait another week and still nothing.

Step four:You will be transfered to an accout specialist who job it is to give you what ever you want to stay with Dish.

This is were I just got 3 months of HBO for free.

Hope this helps members get a bill credit or at the least free movie channels untill FX returns.I was guaranteed FX will be returning no matter what it takes due to the mass amounts of business and contract loss

I had too many problems with Uverse. Constant signal lockups. As a Longhorn fan, I was pretty damned upset that I couldn't watch the game Saturday.

Then again, the way that game went down, I'm not too upset now. Still, not having Fox Sports because of some pissing match is totally crap. At some point, I'm going to have to weigh the options of paying the fees to get out of my contract against not having all the channels I'm already paying for.

That's all they gave you - 3 months of HBO? Man with DirectTV (I've had for the past 5 years) if I call them up for my DVR freezing or the rain knocking out my dish temporairly they will give me HBO and Showtime free for 3 months. I haven't paid for them in 3 years. I'd be pissed at Dish and demand a whole lot more man.

I'd rather have FX and Fox then HBO. Screw a bunch of Dish... I've had Directv for almost 10 years and haven't had any issues with them.

Droppin FX was the reason I was leaving.Dont get me wrong there.Hell right now Im streaming "Sons of Anarchy" from the laptop to compensate.I was told FX will be returning forsure now that so much business has been lost due to dropping it.So getting free movies channels untill its back was a gimme.Hell it might be back on tomorrow or a month, but still got free movies for 3 months.

I know this thread is worthless to most.I know alot of members on here have way better negotiating skills that I do.Just a heads up to the other out there
