Default cadillac srx-v?

I was heading back to my house on mcdermott in allen and saw a 1st gen srx with v emblems. i used to work for gm and never knew they had them but then i again i just found out that some saabs had ls2's. so my question is, am i the only one left out on this? i noticed a more cut throat exhaust lowered a bit and cadillac sts wheels (or at least the same design). just wondering if there is any info out there on them

the only V series that Caddy made was the CTS, STS, and XLR. There is no such think as an SRX-V.

CTS-V produced from 2004-07, and 2009-now. 2011 introduced the V Coupe and Wagon.
STS-V produced from 2005-10, not renewed for 2011.
XLR-V produced 2005-10, aslo not renewed for 2011.

Cadillac has said several times that they have not intention of making a V Series SUV.

Edit: Since they had some apperence mods done, they more then likely just bought the V Badges and made a fake V.

XLR-V was only from 06-09 and VERY few were made in 09.

Aero - For 2008 a new high performance variant was added using the 390 horsepower (291 kW) 6.0L GM Small-Block LS2 also found in the Chevrolet Trailblazer SS, featuring 20 inch wheels, a heavy-duty automatic transmission and Aero-embroidered leather-appointed seats and floormats. Saab claimed that the 9-7X Aero could go from 0 to 60 mph in under 6 seconds.

Iirc I read either on here or caddilacforum about a guy taking the parts from a wrecked sts v as it and the srx had the northstar motor in them and his srx was also awd to boot.
