who widens wheels in Houston?

^^^ I tried to contact them months ago and never received a return call or email. I wasn't able to find anyone local. I didn't look real hard, just moved on to the suspension.

I'm not sure, but you can try going through Tire and Wheel Connection. I know Wheels America does their wheel repairs... I don't see why they couldn't have them widened.
