Default inexpensive ways to change tune?

I'm looking for options...

I have an RX7 swapped to an L92.
The intake is LS3
LS7 cam
Computer is GMPP harness and ECU for an LS7 (it was a good deal!)

Runs slow and hot, stinks. Thing is I'm not prepared to go to the dyno either in terms of beating on it or the money to spend...

Looks like it's easy enough to get a GMPP LS3 tune file from tuner module sites.

Can the dealer flash the ecu to this or are there shops in Houston that will do this? I'm one of the many trying to juggle this with poorness and children hahaha.

Thanks!

the thing with the tune is that its not a one size fits all applications. too many variables. in your situation you have two (2) choices. do it the right way or the cheap way .

I agree fellas. I just don't have the cash flow. Wouldn't you want to get something closer to right than nothing at all?
