Need to swap my '09 On Star VCIM (under passenger rear seat) into another '09 and have dealer perform software update per TSB.

My dealer tried flashing the '09 module in my '08 TB, but the update fails.

VCIM aka On Star module with integrated bluetooth. They are about $200 from salvage yards, but with so few '09 TBs, Envoys and 9-7xs, very hard to find.
