Im pretty sure DWI can be a LOT more than just alcohol... And there are plenty of people that stay stoned/rolling no matter the time of day.
Either way... WTF is up with that window and where in ONSTAR when you need it.

If it isnt your car, or running is less of an offence then say getting caught with a trunk full of somethign illegal... I could see running. Or the scenario in Cali whre the whole third strike policy leads to their all to common car chases... Get away and it could have been someone else driving your car.... Get caught a little drunk or with a weapon or drugs and you could be SOL!

I cant believe his licence was only suspended for 2 years. Alcohol/Weed + speeding + airborne accident... I think he should be using public transportation for the rest of his life.....

has to be justified, the officer would have to go in front of a grand jury and explain to them that he fired his gun as a last resort in fear of his life, and they have to believe him, if not then he will be indicted. in that situation i prob would not have fired my gun.
the window thing was pretty bad ***, i had a freind tell me he was so mad one day he punched someones window out with his bear hand. bahahaha yeah right.
