Anyone fight a Ticket in Collin County? Just got hit on the DNT for 80 in a 70.
Fine is $180, looks like i can keep it off my record if i dont get another in the next 180 days with something through the court.
Just wondering if i go to court what my odds are of getting it dissmissed???

I got nailed doing 85 in a 75 on 35 and just did Defensive Driving for $150 (includes driving record, class, court costs) and it's off my record. Or you can do Deferred Disposition and just pay the $180+50 (iirc) and it stays off your record and you don't have to spend 6hrs doing Defensive Driving.
