generally I dont travel with it at all, but I live in an apartment and my cable tv is free at the moment, I dont see myself getting settled in one place for a while and setting up tv and phone and all that crap is a pain. My current internet is paired with my cell phone which is also over priced and im looking to switch, keeping my cell and internet on the same contract and mobile simplifies everything. Having mobile internet makes it easy to mess with the car and be on 'tech at the same time, look at wireing diagrams, etc. blah blah blah, yall get the idea. If i cant get decent mobile then i suppose ill get a router and go that route, but i may be moving here within the next few months too

$39.99 is the price a month for the plan. That is the same for contract and no contract. The different is if you want a contract you get the device at the discounted price vs no contract you must pay in full for the device. Ill work with both. This is for Mobile Broadband. If you need cell service its different. Its a cheaper plan for those in no contract but still buy the device at full price. Sometimes its better for you, and sometimes its not.

Doesn't matter. There are still options for you.
