**** Crandall....
I may try to make it out since they're the closest 1/4mi strip in the area, but they left a really bad taste in my mouth the last time we tried to do this.

Even if I take them out I'll still be stuck in the mid 11s? I'm too slow to race you fast guys!
If I take my seats out and get it ready and they cancel again I'm burning that place down. That was some bullshit they pulled last time and that's not a good way to keep the racers coming.

The owners there are all about the money. Yeah its a business and its gotta make a profit and survive etc but its also got to remember the passion of the sport and why people go there to avoid being dangerous on the street. Im surprised those **** dont charge to sit in the stands or use the bathroom.

They canceled the day before despite the weather being the same as projected for an entire week. I don't care if you want to cancel b/c of the holidays a week later and you don't think enough people are coming, but don't wait till the day before after people have spent hundreds on trailers, prepparing their car, tires, etc.

Trust me it might be closer than you think, Im not an experienced driver plus my tranny has been acting up so it might be a close race...lol.. but its all just for fun
I have been looking at the local weather forecast this week very attentively and they are saying that the showers would be rolling in late afternoon into the night. So we might be able to squeeze in some racing in the morning if they open at 11am.
