another family man fight's back!
Who would the right person be, Rambo? This isn't a movie, most people wouldn't do very well in that situation and I do believe any who has never been through that but says they would do well is full of ****. Hell, most Police officers I have read miss the first time they are put in a situation like that. Unless your some one like Leo who has been shooting competitively for a really long time or a pretty veteran police officer/military, I imagine the situation isn't a very easy one to be in especially having your family right there. I think the guy did well given the circumstance. But it does suck he didn't kill all three.
I commend this guy. In the circumstances he was put in with all the stress, he had the ability to make a rational decision to get away from his family to draw the fire to him self.
Also, if Im not mistaken I do believe that in Texas if you kill someone who is in the process of comitting a felony and their family wishes to press civil charges, if you win the case you are entitled to recover all out of pocket expenses dealing with the suit. (IE: attorney fees, lost time at work, etc)
