I love some of the uneducated comments on the several places that article is posted. I guess these people don't realize that MLK preached forgiveness, unity, and looking to the future, not dwelling on the past....I don't see how that justifies putting one of our founding fathers in a box to keep from "offending" anyone.
what a bunch of idiots, and he is the reason they are able to do stuff like that, although i think everyone that was involved in making the box and putting the box up should be arrested for criminal mischeif! this country is *** backwards, im not racist by any means but how can groups and leaders do stuff like that to any race they want to but if a white person were to do that quannel x would be all over that. this country is prejiduce against any other race/ethnicity except for "african americans". that is wrong, he is the god father of this country and should be respected no matter what, times were different back then, get over it!

If MLK were alive today he would be absolutely disgusted at the way that the vast majority of the African American culture conduct themselves. This includes plenty of the members of the NAACP. He was about having equal rights. Not about feeling entitled to something you haven't earned, which is how most of the welfare crowd feels. I bet he is rolling in his grave seeing this.....

NAACP does nothin but hold back their own people, it started off with the right intentions but now is a group struggling to keep power by keeping their people held back through fear and politics.
