they advertised it near my place a few weeks ago. Im assuming theres some law on the books stating that bait cars and such is considered entrapment and thats the cops way around the law. Much like the wheres it legal to not pull over for an unmarked car. I believe thats why cops started going to the holographic logos on there "unmarked" cars. Its hard to see the logo but if you dont pull over for them they can stick it to you.

I've seen on the show where people were walking around the car saying it was a bait car and some genius still took it. I love that show, but why does everybody have the same excuses? Is their some car thieves handbook with a list of approved excuses in it or somethin
