use a proper spring like strano springs and you should be fine lowering it. sam has said this himself

I have these shocks with strano springs and they do well. Much much better than stock. I really like those strano springs tho. You'll be fine with them

I didn't want to lower my TA and I don't road race so I used Koni 4/3 and a set of SLP Level II springs, for a street set up I think it works well combined with the Hotchkis sway bars.

Okay, guys. Tax return just came. These shocks would be almost all of it, basically.

Another option is to buy factory-performance-level shocks that would last for several years. Any recommendations on those, if I don't decide to get the Bilsteins?
