Anyone here work for an auto parts store?
I bought an optima red top battery from a member several months ago, and now it's gone bad. I'm pretty sure it's still under warranty. Only problem is that the member hasn't been on in a while, so I doubt i'll get ahold of them to get any account info. I was wondering if anyone could help me get it replaced through the manufacturer, or somehow. I really don't wanna spend $180 on a new one.

Im the assistant manager at Oriellys..
Do you know where he bought it from? Or a phone number to go by?
Its hard to warranty anything without a invoice number or something to go by because especially on optimas, they have to send it back to them.
If I could get a last name or phone number I could help you out if he bought it from us.

I found a battery on a MISC account we use at work that I can warranty it under.
Or you can go to any O'Reillys and tell them its under "Cliff Hall".
They will put it up, say you bought it in 10/2010. Tell them its your boss and you use his account. No questions will be asked.

They wont ask you any question if you just say its your bosses and his name is Cliff Hall.
They gotta do a "Corporate Search" for it because its at our store. But it will pull up.
Unless you just want to come to my store and I'll make it happen. Try a store by you first, if they are bitches about it, i'll take care of it.
The name is just some **** we made up to ring up random customers that come in all the time and we hook them up with a discount. I sold Lawhorn stuff under that name too.
