Default Who had the White 9 second Viper with blue stripes back in the day?

For what ever reason I thought about that car and couldn't remember the guys name who owned. If I remember right it was solid white with blue stripes, was local to Houston. He used to dyno it at MTI, if I remember right the car ran 9s and was on nitrous? I can't seem to remember the guys name who owned it though for the life of me, Albert or some thing? Or that may have been the guy who drove it because didnt the owner not drive it or some thing? It's been a really long time, some you older Houston crew should know it. Powell, Nick or Leo I bet knows.

Albert was the owner. It was Silver with stripes. The car sounded like a damn prostock car. It was a bad bitch back in the day! St00pid did the n2o kit on it. I just remember seeing it at the car meets and going holy **** when it would start up!

I remember when Albert first got that Viper, he thought it was pretty fast stock. I humiliated him in my Formula on Westheimer one night, he asked WTF I had done to it. LOL. Then his modding took off...

Wasn't there a blue w/white stripe viper from TNT Motorsports? It was a serpent 755 package with n2o, Maybe some of you might remember those guys. Lic plate was "H20 GUY". He was a friend of my brothers named Roy I believe. I managed a shop for around 8 years and we used it several times at the autorama and houston auto show to draw in people to the booth. I dont remeber the et 9's or 10's but the poster claimed "Worlds fastest streetlegal viper" or something like that.

Not from Texas, but I remember him posting on texas racing scene like 8+ years ago, and downloading all of the street racing videos on dial up haha. I remember that TNT Viper from some old racing freaks videos too.

Wasn't Roy the co-owner of TNT?

Yes sir he was, I think it was him and his brother. I was told they worked for Hennessey and then opened up TNT. My brother went to highschool with them. Roy sure was a really nice guy to deal with. That car was pretty sick.

Yeah, Roy was a great guy. I worked there for a short time while I was in school, up until he got REALLY sick. He didn't come in to the shop one day and I couldn't get in, so he let me drive his blue Viper around town to make up for it. I had a smile stuck on my face for the rest of the day.

The first Viper I know of that ran in the 9's was a white w/ blue stripes Gen 1 RT/10 here in Houston. His name was Mark (won't post his last name due to privacy concerns).

Albert may have been the one that drove it. Don't remember. Too long ago.

There was a blue and white GTS that ran out of TNT that Nick Field drove for a while. It ran mid 9's with juice.
