I would love to see it happen, I don't think have a pair big enough to push that car through mile. I would end up letting out before the end. What kind of mph do you think it will run? Gears?

Damn Gm screwd us when they swapped that bellhousing design.
Should of left it alone. Taking off the center console is more work too!

I have no idea what it will run but I went 126 in the 1/4 and still had OD to go. It has 373 gears with a 4L60e transmission. A 1979 car was never ment to go fast so I'm sure it would be a wild ride on the big end.

Sounds fun Chad, but I'd be skerred since I didn't build the car. I remember back in 1990, going 120 mph felt fast in a Mustang. LOL!

I have no idea what the V will run. I'm going to guess 160-165?

Charlie, I've been working on cars since I was 12. I actually enjoy wrenching and doing minor fab work. The only time I'd pay someone else to have fun for me is if I didn't have the time to do something, or the confidence to pull it off properly. I do about 90% of my own installs.

Correct. I ran the Viper a year ago, it went 180.1 and felt like a turd in 5th gear. The Paxton didn't make much boost due to the big rpm drop going from 4th to 5th. That car needs a better 5th gear ratio, or a pair of turbos. The 2010 Vipers have the good 5th gear ratio, similar to the ZR1.
