cant use bondo on a plastic bumper it wil fall right off its either a putty glaze or plastic repair glaze, sand the bumper with 320 dry nothing less it will make too big scrathes then primer the "putty' spot and wet sand the entire bumper including primer with 600 wet sand paper ready for paint. also to prepare your entire car for paint especialy if your goign black again all youd really have to do is wet snd the entire car with 600 and 400 for those bad scrathes.. just take off clear and first layer of black.

I saw the bubbles in the paint in the back....Which is one of the reasons I wanted to repaint my car it looked so bad.

I have the same problem with my front bumper it was red and painted black. I just think the reason its flaking off is...it was a cheap maco paint job... I didn't get it painted there the first owner did.

As for my passenger door it was white before.....You can see if coming out on the edges.

What you talked about doing sanding down and painting over it is what they did.

I want to do this right.. I'm going to sand the car down and get it to metal and fiberglass. And start new.

Thank you for the help..

Updated pictures..

Going to do some repair to the rip on the bottom right of the LP area.

So far I have spent about 6 hours sanding this bumper

nding little things out about the car I didn't know.

Damn bondo top right of the bumper

Sanded down the red bumper ...

Only took 2 days of my time going to the shop to do this.

Got half way done and time to leave for the night.

Getting all the bumps off.

I will need to detail the car after Im done lol inside has a lot of dust.

Getting all the bumps out of the side.. I think someone back up into a poll and had a shitty repair job done.

Time to start wet sanding this one.

More bondo on the car ... The people that did the this most have really liked it.. Taking it all off to see how bad it was.

Completed the sanding on this..

Side skirting sanded down.

Both fenders sanded down.

Sanded down back quarter panel

Finished the Spolier. Damn that took along time.

Getting it ready for paint.

Off with the doors. sorry bad picture

Better shot of the doors. Also getting to door jams painted.

I have the car tapped and ready for primer.

Thanks to Josh "skeeter99" for helping me take the car apart.
And Joel"jgarza54" for helping me tape up the car.

And Luckymex_dallas.... I found out yesterday your cousins the one painting my car lol

Yeah I can ask him .. Are you wanting to do everything yourself or have him paint it?
