Thats happening too.. So far front and rear support 42 lbs gone.

Making a bracket to hold up the front bumper. So some weight is going back on.

Taking off the doors tomorrow.

Hell No!! Just doing all the prep work and sanding. One of my buddys owns a paint and body shop.. Told me if I did all the work he would paint it for me.

I was going change the color just way to much goes into the prep to do that... ITS NUTS. I can see why people charge so much.

I had no idea until he told me.

It's really not that much more work unless you are doing the engine bay and everything. Also it would have been a little easier to sand the parts on the car and then take them off.

Take your time and don't leave any glossy spots! Are you doing it with a DA?

Well now somone tells me..

whats DA?

I was told to hand sand everything if that tells you anything.

He's going to check all my work and tell me if I need to do something else.

Hell I might leave the hood hatch and doors on and sand them on and take it off to sand under the door and stuff.

He tells me he takes everything off and then sands it.
