sweet vert! red camaros are the best camaros! how much diffrerent is the ride bewteen the vert and the hardtop with the extra weight of the vert?

They ride about the same stock. Read any magazine review of the convertible Camaro, they all praise how tight and solid it feels, and how it still performs nicely even though it is heavier. They still run low/mid 13s stock.
