Default stock headliner question

What hold up the headliner up front about the rear view mirror? the fabric isn't sagging, the entire headliner is saggy on the front area. any solutions? perhaps velcro pads? any help/advice appreciated

There should be velcro squares there holding it up. Try pushing on the area with your palms.
Should be be right where the T-top bar is. At least it is on my hardtop...
Edit... thinking about it now, don't T-top cars have push pins right there??
