Default Can anyone in the Clear Lake area mount and balance some tires?

I'm about to buy some tires from a member on here, and I need my current tires removed, and the new ones put on. I was wondering if someone here could give me a good deal on a mount and balance? Discount tire wants to charge $160, and I feel that's a little expensive...

on nasa rd 1 between kirby & repsdorph (in el lago) there is a tire/wheel shop next to carlos's automotive that charged me somewhere between $15- $20 a tire to mount and balance a set for me about 1yr ago. they did a good job, no scratches etc.. to any of my wheels.

Just called them. To take off my current tires and mount/balance my new ones, it's $80 out the door. A lot better than $160. Thanks!

you get what you pay for. sometimes taking the cheap way out will just cause you more headaches down the road. it's a gamble that you have to be willing to take. hopefully everything works out for you, good luck.
