Watch out for the parachute This happened at the Houston NHRA Nationals. I was just outside the picture on the right. I was guiding this Alchohol funny car in and the wind came and picked the chute up and Rick jumped over the wall. This guy is 55 years old.
You can't see me, but I am on the left rear corner pushing Tonys car in the gate. I had to stop him on the track so he wouldn't get t-boned by another top fueler.

This is as close as I could get. His lens had to be at least a foot long, said it weighed about 15 pounds.
